Meet Kip Holani A Calling Born From Service: Military Experience, Community & Leadership

Kip Holani’s journey into chiropractic began during his military service. Kip enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2014 as a Light Wheeled Mechanic. He has served many missions overseas. Today, he continues his service with the California National Guard. His military experience shaped him deeply. Years of physical demands, heavy equipment, and stressful missions took a toll on his body—leaving him with back and shoulder pain. A friend finally referred him to a chiropractor. A few visits later, his pain—which he thought he’d simply have to live with—disappeared. It was the first time a healthcare experience felt truly satisfying and solution-focused. Kip felt something click. “I’m going to become a chiropractor so I can be the doctor my community never had.”

Born and raised in Tonga, Kip moved to the Bay Area when he was 16. He is an active member of the Tongan and Polynesian community. Throughout his youth and twenties, he danced in traditional shows, and fundraisers. He still helps organize yearly events like hanging Christmas lights and supporting community gatherings. Kip also spent more than 10 years playing rugby giving him invaluable insight into sports injuries.

He is excited to join the holistic care team at Vitality Sol and be a direct contribution to people’s health and healing journey.
